(August 15, 2022, 12:25 pm)Very friendly staff, willing to work with the customer, nice pool, pet-friendly park, has a very nice lighted pier for fishing. I can't thank them enough for accommodating us; this will become a park we visit regularly.

(March 30, 2022, 2:31 pm)Just spent six month this winter & found this little gem a very nice place to stay. Secure, quiet (except the acorns falling on your roof constantly) and well taken care of. This property is showing its age but everything works. Lots of seasonal and full time residents but seems to have room for short stays. Staff is helpful and friendly. Activities are organized for the Winter Texans from November thru March. The location is convenient being close to groceries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. Their rates are very reasonable.

(April 12, 2021, 4:02 pm)We love this place. Where the land meets the sea.Parking spaces under the wind swept oak trees. The pool is clean. Restaurant and laid back night life all within walking distance. The fishing pier is lighted. Shopping in Rockport/Fulton is fun.

(August 9, 2018, 9:48 pm)Loved this park! Staff was extremely friendly, pool and facilities clean and well kept. Convenient private fishing pier, live bait within walking distance. Grounds/sites all clean and maintained. No complaints, will be back when our freezer gets low on flounder ;)

(June 26, 2018, 5:09 pm)This place is wonderful and very accommodating! Been coming down quite frequently. The management is great. Nice visitors as well as residents. Excellent place to spend your time.
Also, they did a great job of getting the park back in shape post Harvey. The rebuilt pier is great.
