  I want to thank all the employees at Caliber Collision, and especially Everett Hunt, Service Advisor, for the excellent work they did on my truck. From the time I walked into this business until the work was finished I was shown respect and kindness from all the employees. I will say that if you or anyone you know is in need of collision repair service this is the best place to go. Thanks again Caliber employees, you are great.

  I brought my car in for work on the rear bumper. Another driver rear-ended me and this is one of Geico's body shops they partner with and it is the closest to where I live. I had never had to deal with something like this before. Caliber Collision made it so easy to do the paperwork, pick-up a rental vehicle, etc. Henry was especially helpful. He is EXCELLENT. I work in Houston and wasn't able to make it at 1p the following day to pick up my car when it would have been ready, since I don't get off work until 5p... and couldn't be at the shop until 6p. If I took past 1p to pick it up, Enterprise would have to charge me for an extra day with my rental car. Henry could have just shrugged his shoulders and told me to figure it out, but he went ABOVE AND BEYOND and checked with his crew to see if they could have it ready for me that same day when I got off work. He told me he could stay late (until 6p) and that they will finish up the work and wash the car for me. I couldn't believe the service. When I came to pick up my car, it looked better than when I bought it from the dealership. I can't thank Henry and his crew enough for their professionalism. They insisted that I don't owe them anything because they are so humble, but I wanted to write this review to let others (and their supervisors) know how amazing Henry is and that I truly appreciate the care, kindness, and professionalism they have shown me. The work they do is beautiful, as well. You just don't find that kind of regard in the auto repair industry. I trust these guys and gals and will be coming back to them the next time I need body work done on any of my vehicles. Thank you Henry and crew!

  So happy with my experience at Caliber Collision! Henry is amazing and took care of my car after my accident! Got my car faster than expected and Henry was so kind to explain everything to me. Henry is the man!! Henry will be my go to guy for anything car related!

  This body shop made the entire process effortless. Henry is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel like his top priority. The work was beautiful and extremely quick. Highly recommended!

  Everything went very smooth and effortlessly. The manager, Henry, was more than accommodating for any issues you needed or had. He was a complete ROCKSTAR! I will definitely be using him again for any vehicle needs. Awesome job by all that work there!
