  Came by to pick up a new 6" auger for my post hole digger. The parts man went out back and carried the new bit all the way back to the store and then out to my truck for me. This was my third visit to UVC and I was treated (as before) just great. I drove past two other tractor dealers and a tractor supply store to get here. I probably could have gotten the auger a bit cheaper at some of them, but, if it means a couple of extra dollars to keep an AMERICAN employed, well, it was worth every penny - and I know it's going to last.

  We bought our new Mule Pro from UV Powersports several weeks ago and it was a great experience. Everyone from the owner to the service team is friendly and helpful. Two days ago I picked up some aftermarket wheels and tires for our Mule from UV Powersports. When I got out to my land (2.5 hours away) to put the tires on I found out they had given me the wrong lugs. Upon calling them and telling them my situation, UV Powersports immediately drove someone out to me to give me the right lugs. That right there is doing business the right way. Couldn't have a higher regard for the team there.

  Chase was an excellent salesperson. Listened to what my use for a UTV was. Directed me to something a bit different than what I originally thought...but now very satisfied with what we settled on. Unit was cleaned and ready when promised. Service went over all features and made sure I was comfortable before loading on trailer.
  
  Good experience. Believe the price was very competitive.
