As a recipient of America's highest military honor, it would be great to shake his hand. (October 25, 2022, 6:58 pm)An amazing gym. There are a lot of folks on here that are obviously used to being coddled. If you want a hard workout and to push yourself, this is the gym. If you just want to fake the funk, this isn’t it. Great work Dakota!

The workouts Dakota comes up with are hard af but I always leave feeling amazing when I get through with them. My favorite gym hands down , bye Golds .
