The box (gym) is very friendly to all people and all skill sets. Give it a shot - your body will thank you.
Updated: really solid programming and it’s the right balance of challenge and support. -

(October 15, 2021, 11:52 am)New to the entire CrossFit community. Had always heard about CrossFit, have friends who are involved. Never thought about it until CFM opened up close to our house. Wife suggested we start, I said cool! Glad we did. The coaches are fantastic people. Very positive and push us every time to get better. We linked up with the 5AM group and I can honestly say, I look forward to seeing these folks and spending this early morning time with them. They are an awesome group of humans! I can only imagine the other sessions during the day are the same. The place is clean, in a good area, super friendly, super motivating and just a blast to be a part of. Whether you are new to the community or have been going to another place... If you are "on the fence" about joining, I don't hesitate to recommend this location and these coaches! You won't be disappointed! Give it a go!

(August 27, 2021, 7:34 pm)It’s been an amazing experience with incredibly supportive coaches. There’s a different workout every day and a good mix of cardio/weights. I went from couch potato to showing up every day unless I’m traveling for work. My shirts drenched in sweat everyday and I love it. I’m usually rushing out of my last meeting because I’m looking forward to my workout.

(February 19, 2021, 2:28 pm)Not your average CrossFit. Intentional well planned programming for ALL levels of fitness and ALL fitness goals. I will be referring my patients here knowing they will be safely watched, and low risk for injury. Coaches and members were very kind and welcoming. Such a fun and functional way to stay in shape for life!
