Row House

I signed up recently and have so far attended about 4/5 classes. Everyone is super friendly and the instructors took their time to show me how to maintain proper form even after my first class. I am challenged with their different types of classes they have available. I love that I can easily schedule using their app, and can track my workout on Apple Watch. I would recommend this to anyone!

I began rowing at Row House for an efficient cardio workout with a high calorie burn. I found so much more! The staff and coaches are so helpful and it feels more like a party than a work out. I look forward to each class. I absolutely recommend rowing at Row House Stonebridge to anyone who is looking for a great exercise experience.

Being a member of The Row House can benefit you in so many ways! I hadn’t worked out for a LONG time when a friend invited me to come to a class. I went and joined the same night. I now go to classes four times/week, have lost 20 pounds, and feel great! The coaches are AMAZING!! We all row together but the intensity is up to you. The entire staff is the absolute sweetest in the world! They get to know everyone on a personal level and really make everyone feel like they are welcome.

The classes are amazing! Best workout I’ve done in a very long time and it’s not hard on my joints which is always a plus. 😀

Can't say enough good things about this place. The work out is great, the facility is clean and really well put together. Family owned business and it shows with how the staff treats you. Extremely caring and makes every interaction really special. Best decision I've made about my health and fitness in a long time.
