  We have been with Rein Health Care for several weeks. We are so fortunate to have a place close to home and with the most amazing staff I have ever encountered. Brittany at the front desk,the nurses: Dianne, Ann and Nicole!!! so awesome and we felt so safe and well taken care of. Thank you also for the Corporate Office and their professionalism
  . Richard was amazing also and Shannon helped us a few times too.
  We are so thankful for all of the team.

  I have two years experiance with Rein Health Plano.
  
  First of all the first year I was treated by Diane Walker in 2017.
  
  She is the most professional, courteous and friendly nurse I've encountrred.
  
  She made my treatments a easy and a breeze to go through.
  
  Now in 2018 I've had to seek treatment for another wound at the new Plano location. I. Plano parkway.
  
  Mary the receptionist always greets you with a smile and great personallity when you arrive. She keeps me straight with my future appointments as well.
  
  Now, as for the medical staff. I was very lucky to have Diame Walker managing this location now too. What a blessing because with her in charge I know she will mentor the other great individuals there.
  
  Sigga, Taryn Adam andc Mildred are the nurse practioners there and are all great individuals.
  
  They work very well together as a team to ensure things move as smoothly as possible when there are lots of patients to treat as well.
  
  Your staff have become like family to me carimg for one of their own.
  
  Many thanks for Hiring staff like Diane Walker and all the others at Plano. It speaks volumes about your high expectations as a health care provider.
  
  By the way I once managed
  The third largest helicopter EMS service in tbe US. I know a great team when I see one.

  Everyone I dealt with were super people and went out of their way to make you comfortable. Extremely professional and knew what they were doing (and didn't wake you while napping :) Special thanks go out to Diane, Sigga, Mary, and John. It was great getting to know you guys. Hope the move goes well and you enjoy your new home.

  Today was my first appointment after moving to Plano from out-of-state. The entire team made me feel welcome and provided excellent service for my remicade infusion. Sheila, Diane, Nicole and Mary are all very friendly and took great care of me. From start to finish, everything went great. I would recommend this group to anyone who needs infusion services!!!
