  Randy at hopper motorplex was the man. Wasn't expecting for the call back on the truck that it was up for grabs. I appreciate it allot. Awsome people great service and was a quick process. Highly recommend for any vehicle you have will for sure be getting more vehicles from them.

  We bought my husband's car from here. Our salesman was Eduardo Valez and we couldn't be happier with his service. The process was simple and carefree. Eduardo made sure we understood the features of our car, he even made sure it was washed, detailed, and gassed up. The dealership is laid back and has the nicest staff!

  David Hooks made his first sale at Hopper to me. He sold me a very nice Ford F-250 pickup. I am never completely done when I sign papers but like to know how the company does after the sale. David has proven to be not only a great salesman but also a magnificent service man. I had a small issue with my truck and was considering calling him and he beat me to it. He was able to fix the issue and is following up on another one I mentioned to him. I highly recommend him to anyone buying from Hopper. He also laughed at my joke. Listening is good but understanding and responding is another. He does both. Thank you David!

  I never write a review but it was not fair to don't write for this dealer as there are many unfair reviews out there.
  I purchased a 2021 Tesla Model X in December from Kyle and here is the summary:
  1) I purchased it out of state on seen and he took more pictures as I requested.
  2) He put the car as SOLD as soon as I told him I want it without any deposit.
  3) The car price got adjusted after 3 days but he gave it to me as they promised me which was 5K lower and the price was great for the car in this crazy unreasonable market.
  4) After he sold me the car he was taking care of the car regarding putting it under the charge and secure place until I find the enclosed transportation.
  5) He was ALWAYS available including the weekend and late nights (with 2hr difference) and even Holiday.
  6) Professional communication, transparent, honest, and keep their promise. I never ever feel that he is trying to sell the car and interesting enough that I always reach out to him and asked question and he respond immediately.
  I got the car and actually it was even better than I expected.
  This is my second tesla and second unseen purchase and it was 180 difference from the last one so I strongly recommend them as Kyle and the sale manager were really care and responsive.
