The workouts are incredible and different every day.
The environment is positive & uplifting. People are genuinely HAPPY to be at Sweat Project!
The studio is sleek and clean with spa-like amenities and a great selection of weights/equipment.
I love that the infrared heated studio is slightly darkened with lighting effects during class. The lighting gives you a feeling of “privacy” & focus during a group fitness class.
Highly recommend trying a class at Sweat Project! -
