Acorns Studio

Acorns Studio is a great place to practice yoga. I have been able to practice yoga in person and online with Aubrey. She is great and she always encourages you to go further into your practice. Even taking classes online it feels like you’re in the same room with her and the other practitioners.

I also had the opportunity to join a self-care course at the end of last year offered by her. It was great and it helped me to connect deeper with myself and to have tools I can constantly use when I need them.

As the owner of CJJF Texas it was important to have a quality yoga program available for our members. Having been introduced to Aubrey through a few other yoga practitioners/instructors, she came highly recommended. After taking classes and working with her for over a year I couldn’t be happier having her and Acorns Studio running their program. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and runs amazing classes.

I always look forward to Aubrey’s yoga classes. She has a positive attitude and is very descriptive with her flow. She is good at explaining modifications for those of us that may need it. Aubrey’s Power Yoga has been beneficial for my flexibility and balance.. They’re a great workout and her virtual classes make showing up super convenient.

Acorn Studios is the best Yoga studio I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of! The instructors are knowledgeable, patient and make you feel comfortable in the environment, even if you are new to yoga. I can't recommend this studio highly enough for any level of yoga or style of practice.

Such a great place to practice yoga. When I started I had never even tried yoga before. Now a little after a year, it’s amazing to see changes in my fitness, flexibility, and general wellness. It’s a fantastic atmosphere and there is always something new to learn. My husband and kids really love the classes as well. We are excited to keep practicing this new year and highly recommend for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
