(July 3, 2023, 11:37 am)Justine at the Wylie Rec Summer camps coordination desk is the best. Our 8-yr old daughter had difficulty with social anxiety before start of a weeklong Summer camp. Justine held her hand, cajoled her to try out for a few minutes and stayed with her while she got accumstomed.

(July 13, 2022, 2:25 pm)Fantastic spot to do some indoor walking/running in this insane TX heat! There is a large upstairs exercise section with a track going around it. Signs posted say 10 laps = 1 mile. Water fountains and restrooms available

(January 5, 2019, 1:19 pm)We want to share this hidden spot in Wylie...the Wylie Rec Center!! The workout facility in the Rec Center is awesome!! They have free weights, machines, and all kinds of options for cardio-including an indoor track. They also have a rock climbing wall that is available to kids and adults!! My kids LOVE coming to the childcare area-that is FREE with your annual membership!! The yearly cost for an individual membership is $175 for Wylie residents and $225 for an individual outside of Wylie. The staff is awesome, sweet to my kids, and they keep the whole place very clean!! It’s located just off 544 and Country Club...check it out!!!
