They did an excellent job and completed the project on time. The Shutters were installed when they promised and the Installation was perfect. They did exactly what they promised to do. There price was competitive and there was no up charges or hassle. Recently we had the one bathroom window covered with a plantation shutter. They matched the originals perfectly. They handled this one small shutter just like it was a major project. It was installed exactly like they promised. If we every build another house or need any window coverings in the future we will use only Universal Window Coverings. THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL D0.
