Refreshing to do business with Artisan Roofing. From first contact to completion of work I found the company, as a whole, to be highly professional. All employees I interacted with were courteous, and helpful. Always on time! On site were efficient , quality work, left the site tidy and communicated progress. The biggest plus point was their approach in managing and rectifying problems. Thank you Luis.

We were really happy with Luis and his team. Luis came around to discuss our issue (a leak from the roof) and inspect the roof in order to diagnose the problem, which was a leak in the lead valley. He talked us through our options and we felt confident with his professional opinion. We had to wait a few weeks until he was available but were happy to do so in order to have a reputable roofer do the job. It took one day to complete the job and Luis and his team worked hard to get the job done. We feel confident that the leak is now fixed. I would be recommended it for a high-quality job.

Their professionalism throughout the process was amazing and they went the extra mile to ensure that we knew what was going on every step of the way. Everything looks great. I'm in love with my new skylights. And the new venting of the attic should help keep my home cooler. It wasn't a totally smooth process, tho. There was a gas leak! (Not their fault.) But, they handled the situation, called who needed to be called and helped me get it fixed right. Took longer than expected because of that, but they got it done. Cleaned up when they left. No complaints.

I have done my roof by Artisan Roofing last month and they done a outstanding job 👏 🙌 👌. They used what they told me as of material and changed everything as promised. I am very pleased with the work and out turned out. Also Luis (the owner) was very helpful and on task for everything needed and great to work with him.
