What I first believed would be a very stressful experience turned out to be very painless. Tara, Lacy and Brandt handled everything. From doing the initial inspection to contacting my homeowner's insurance. Taking care of all necessary paperwork, continuous inspection of all work being done. Their crew did an awesome job with the new roof and gutters. They were always in contact with me advising what was taking place. Come to find out the most stressful part was for my wife and I choosing what color shingles and guttering we wanted. We can't say enough about their professionalism and knowledge.

Michael Kellner with K & M Roofing is absolutely wonderful to work with. He is always on time at his appointments, keeps the customer aware of what is happening (ie: materials, scheduling, etc). He is most respectful of the the customer and is always helpful and available. Michael is a real asset to this company, and I definitely recommend him. On top of that, my roof, guttering and trim looks great!

The representative came out on a cold morning so fast it was amazing. Was trying to sell the house so speed was definitely needed. Then he CAME BACK OUT TO MEET WITH THE INSURANCE ADJUSTOR the following - even colder - morning to be sure that they saw what he saw. In the end we got a new roof, new gutters and downspouts, and installation took place quickly so that the closing date of the sale didn't need to be delayed at all. Perfection!

Marcus and his team were amazing! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to everyone I know that needs a roof or roof repairs. I have so far refered Marcus to 5 houses on my street. Nothing is hidden they are completely up front and honest with you. I couldn't get the shingles I wanted because only charcoal and weathered wood are currently in production so Marcus called around until he found something similar and had it shipped to Austin from Dallas. Marcus was here on site making sure everything went smoothly. If I had a question he had an answer. I'm sure I am forgetting a zillion things but I think this sums it up. Thanks Marcus my roof looks amazing.
