  I was injured on the job place and it was very hard time for me because I needed some workers’ compensation to compensate my pain & sufferings. However, I had no idea where to go. Luckily, I googled & 360 Clinics popped up in my search. Because of its excellent review on google plus as experienced workers’ compensation doctors in Dallas. These folks at 360 clinics will bend over backwards to accommodate all your needs. They know all of the CA-FORMS needed to get benefits started. If a clinic cannot provide you with a CA-20 FORM, you will not be compensated. This is a form that only a doctor completes about the nature of your injury. They will also help you filling out your mileage forms for travel reimbursement. There are many several forms needed like CA-17, CA-20, CA-7, CA-35, OWCP-957 & they pretty much are expert and know everything about worker’s injury compensation. If I were not there, I would never have been compensated for my injury at workplace. Overall, my experience with 360 Clinics for worker’s compensation went pretty smooth without any difficulty filling out any form. This is the only clinic in DFW area with a staff of former worker’s compensation adjusters that explained & helped me getting my benefits started from scratch.

  My experience at the 360 Clinic starting with Dr. Klair he is a Doctor of his word and has great knowledge about Work Injuries.
  
  Being that I am a Retired Postal Worker the help you are giving me with the mileage forms and CA-Forms is very helpful.

  Excellent services by 360 clinics in Dallas area. Doctor Klair and his staff are excellent treating you in case of emergency. They always go above board meeting your expectation. I was a walk-in customer & they took care of me. The clinic is neat & clean.

  I have had an excellent experience with 360 Clinics. The front office staff was very welcoming, they roomed me in quickly. The Doctor was very curteous and knowledgeable.
