They have been great to work. I wanted a place to remodel and call our own. They have provided a great learning experience for my family and I.
We have rented for 3 years and now we are purchasing the home from them. Do be watchful of your contract compared to what you are told on the phone. The person that texts and answers phones gives you a standard answer, not the answer from reading the actual contract. This caused us to unknowingly being severely behind on rent. We went with wee were told by text that rent increased too, we did not double check the text with our rental agreement. Gone are the days of using a banker that knows you and has a personal relationship with you. Even if you do pay more it is better to have a more personal experience and know the person that holds your mortgage. Thank you Kas and family.
