Very knowledgeable and friendly staff; although they are leg prosthetics specialists, they service my three pairs of old metal hook arm prosthetics.
I’m a LBKA, I’ve been going to Alliance for a little over a year now. They came to the hospital to introduce themselves right after my motorcycle accident, which answered so many of the questions I had racing through my head.
They have always taken so great care of my prosthesis needs no matter how big the issue is. Everyone there does a great job or making my feel like family. Phylis does an amazing job and is always making sure everything I need is taken care of, I couldn’t be more appreciative of what all they have done for me!
I have been a below knee amputee for almost three years now and Alan and all the Alliance team have literally been there every step of the way for me. kind words when needed , shoulder to cry on, advice , and service on my leg or just about everything in between. I am truly blessed that Alliance does what they do and are who they are. I don’t know who this person is that says it’s all about money for them, I can assure you that is not the case. Alliance actually cares. You will feel that from the time you walk through the door at any of their offices.
I have never written a review before in my life, but I had to leave one because the customer service was that good, as soon I called them about starting services. Also, I really appreciated how they got insurance approval first and told me how much it would cost before sending off the casts. My orthotist was also extremely willing to listen to my input and let me ask questions. Finally, she didn't laugh out loud at me when I mentioned heel pain and the cause was a quarter stuck in my brace when she could have! Can't recommend them enough
I have been going to Alliance for my prosthetic needs for almost a year now... All I can say is hoooyaaa!!!! They have taken care of all my needs in a very professional manner and are relentless in meeting and exceeding my needs. They have made me one new leg which is computerized with a rotating ankle and a locker that allows me to swing the leg out of my way so I can drive with my left foot and really makes putting my clothes on an easy task. They also made me a socket for my old leg and took care of most all of my correspondence with the VA for me... When it was done all I had to do was go in and show the doctors at the VA my leg and walk and I was done... What a blessing!!!! I can't praise the staff enough for how well they all treat me and there knowledge in what they do...
