Mindful Counseling

I have really enjoyed working with my counselor at Mindful Counseling. I was hesitant to get going but am so glad I did. I feel supported and safe while working on some things I want to. And I love the feel of the environment here. Way different than what I initially thought...not a doctor vibe...more of a relaxed/cozy vibe.

Shana is compassionate and effective! She has assisted me understanding my 18 year olds needs and helped my daughter learn to look at things from another person's perspective too. I would highly recommend her for women and teens.
