Best practice I've ever been to. I feel heard. Never rushed. Can always get an appointment when needed. Kind, caring staff. I even really like the front desk staff. They're all very nice and accommodating.
Patient for over 2 years and I've been extremely satisfied by the service for the following reasons:
1) The staff is extremely friendly without being intrusive.
2) Every appointment I have is efficient and I've never spent more than an hour in the office.
3) Phone/email/web app communication has always met my needs and provided the proper amount of information.
4) They have been flexible to my needs in regards to my schedule and unforeseen circumstances.
My provider for the duration of my time has been Angela Brinson, and she is attentive and always willing to spend extra time answering questions. I dread the day I have to find a new physician.
