I have been renting here for well over 10 years. The owner has the best prices around. I originally started in a smaller unit then moved to a larger one. I even rented an extra unit temporarily during a move. He was very helpful and flexible to accommodate my needs. The units are standard storage, not climate controlled. Just what I need without the extra cost or trying push unnecessary facility insurance.

I have had a great experience with the owner. The only issues I have had were when my bank mailed the automatic payments in very late twice. The owner respectfully contacted me to correct the issue. I now have the payments scheduled much earlier.

Owner is a super nice and reasonable guy. Worth getting a unit here just for the customer service but they also happened to have the best prices in town! We've had multiple units with them and always a GREAT experience!

We just stopped renting here because we had a barn built and will use it for storage. We have rented here for around 15 years. The facility is always well maintained and the gates never malfunction. The owner is great and takes pride in his facility. Great place to rent. No one is better than Frisco Mini Storage.
