  Looking back, I have to say our experience couldn't have been any better.
  They were on-time, knowledgeable, and very accessible.
  They were on top of everything.
  End the end, Waser Group listed our house, it showed immediately, and had multiple offers.

  As first time home buyers Bryan was patient, knowledgeable, and always answered all of our many questions in a timely manner. He walked us through the process and shared helpful information and graphics about what the experience would entail. He has great resources and connections and made helpful suggestions to us throughout. Buying a home can be scary but we felt much more at ease with Bryan on our side.

  Bryan has been my trusted real estate source for many years and has provided valuable guidance, knowledge, and support. We recently purchased a house, and based on support from Bryan were able to make a winning offer in a competitive environment. Better yet, the appraisal came in very close to the sales price. It was awesome to know that the data provided by Bryan was accurate enough for us make an offer that was very close to the actual market value of the house.
  
  We also sold a house through Bryan using his sell for free program where if you buy your next house through him he will sell your current house for free. This saved us almost $10k in commission on the sale of our house! Not to mention that Bryan helped us price the house very accurately for the market. And, guess what? The appraisal again came in right at the sale price. Oh, and did I mention that we had multiple offers within the first day of listing?!

  We are new to the North Dallas area and I ran across the reviews for Bryan Waser while searching for a real estate agent online. His reviews are fantastic and let me just say, he does not disappoint. He is very knowledgeable of the area and the home buying process. From our first meeting, he listened attentively to our needs and set us up with a personalized search and was quick to meet us at any home we were interested in viewing. Once we found our home, we closed within 30 days all the while Bryan keeping us informed. He is incredibly timely with communication and always has his clients best interest at heart.
