  Hy shines bright from rental day to move in day. She was super helpful getting us a unit. Later we called about mattress bags and she was on it. On move in day we chatted multiple times and she helped me when my access code ran into some trouble. She was great from beginning to end.
  
  The facility itself is clean and well kept. Front customer area is again clean and organized. No trash anywhere inside the building and storage areas. Bathrooms are clean as well.

  Hy was amazing. I needed help with obtaining a storage unit and had aaaaaalot of questions. She never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her and answered every one of my questions with kindness and patience. People like her and the amazing customer service she provides is why I would keep my business here even though the rates are constantly increasing.

  If you want to rent at the Witt Rd location in Frisco, talk to Hy. She is the MOST amazing, helpful, patient person I have ever dealt with in customer service. Moving is stressful and she handles things in such a manner that eases alot of the stress. Great help!!!

  Wonderful customer experience with Hya'Nethia. Very professional and knowledgeable. She showed me several unit sizes and explained the entire rental process. Property is very well kept. I feel my family treasures will be safe here.

  I was a little upset when Public Storage in Frisco raised my rates. There is no contract and I suppose it is there ability to do that. I called and complained about the charge being significantly higher and the attendant I spoke with said she would run it up the flag pole and she did. Within 24 hours or so I received a call back and they weren’t able to give me my initial rate but somewhere right in the middle. Being a tougher time living in America every dollar counts. I appreciated them working with me and I stayed because of it. The facility is clean but does not offer a dumpster to its tenants. I don’t think any of them do but it would be greatly appreciated if they did. Bathrooms are clean and serviceable and the rates are fair. Just pay attention because they may raise them on you when you are not paying attention to the emails. I like how it it climate Controlled and there is even a security guard. They take Covid-19 seriously and will ask you to wear a mask. They are not animal friendly so don’t bring in your pup like I did one time. I was kindly asked to not bring animals in. My dog is a service animal but I have obliged as to not have another incident. I would recommend this location as it is in a well lit area and there is so much security. Let me know what you think of this location.
