I had put a request in for carpet cleaning on-line and was called within an hour to set up appointment. The Technician and his team were timely , even ahead of schedule because they called me. He explained how the process would work and what to expect as far as drying and clean up! So thoroughly impressed with this company’s communication and service, I will be using them again for sure! Highly recommend!!!
