  Hands down Tatum has the best customer service I called right at closing with some questions about a dress I needed cleaned and I kept her on the phone for awhile and she answered everyone of my questions and the one she was not sure if she called someone git an answer and called me back after closing time and was as sweet as she could be! Needless to say thats who got my business and it was perfect you will not be disappointed in the service there

  Wonderful job dry cleaning our clothes for over 10 years. Same wonderful people have served us for over 10 years. Great service and great people at Four Seasons Cleaners will make you feel wonderful.

  Mr. Bosquez - I am truly sorry that you were not able to get your clothes in time for your son's wedding. I know how important these family events are and you want everything to be just perfect for this special day. As the owner of Four Seasons Cleaners for over 20 years, I take pride in the quality of work and customer service that we provide our customers.
  
  During the last weekend of February, 2015 the whole North Texas area suffered from a major ice storm, which was the weekend you were supposed to pick up your clothes. There was no way I was going to put my employees lives in danger by asking them to come to the cleaners so they could call customers and let them know the clothes would NOT be ready until the roads cleared. I assumed that 100% of our customers would understand this. Hence, I will adjust that now to 99.9%.
  
  Charlotte Rhynes, the manager of this store, spoke with the person that picked up your clothes on March 2nd (the Monday we were re-opened) and apologized for the inconvenience and did NOT charge them for your order. I do not know what else we could have done.
  
  Thank you again for your business and maybe next time pick up the phone and call the store instead of leaving bad comments regarding something that was completely uncontrollable.
