  I will be coming here from now on!! Every one here has been completely helpful and was willing to go above and beyond to help me with my vehicle. I had a horrible experience getting my vehicle fixed at another auto place here in Katy... Cinco Tire and Automotive took complete care of me and made me trust Again!! I would recommend them to everyone!! Customer Service was amazing! The mechanics amazing!! Thank you to everyone that helped me I have found my new home for all my vehicles!

  My brakes were squealing this past week so I brought it in for them to take a look at. Tony even let me borrow the courtesy van to drive down the street for a snack while I waited. When I got back, he said there was nothing wrong with it and the mechanic that inspected them said it could have been a piece of grit from the road that got stuck in there, but it was fine. It may have been cognitive bias but I swore the car was breaking better when I left. I'll definitely be coming back here for oil changes and regular work as long as they stay honest.

  I wish I could give 10 starts! Tony was the most helpful person I’ve ever met and he should be manager! He helped repair my car and get good deal. Never go to dealership again they crook. Tony honest and fair and sexy ???? give him raise he do good my new favorite place for service
