As expected, phenomenal customer service and a great welcoming environment inside. Caliber truly is reinventing Auto Care. The staff exhibits the true meaning of excellence. John was great to work with, explained everything in detail and even took me out to the shop to visually show me the issues. You will not find a better automotive service company than Caliber! Keep up what you all are doing and never settle for anything less!

8 hands service (4 techs!)....Attention to detail and extra care demonstrated by the technicians who tended to my vehicle. This is not your typical quick lube places. Each tech is very meticulous and does a thorough job in inspecting and performing the appropriate service. Very professional management and service staff. Clean facilities and waiting room. Starbucks coffee and water service. Definitely a High CALIBER operation. I will bring all my vehicles to maintenance and repair in the future. Thank you!

Went to this location for an urgent diagnosis and I had a very pleasant experience with the service I received

To begin with, getting an appointment was very easy and they accommodated me per my schedule. Upon arrival I was helped by service advisor John Johnson who is not only funny but super helpful. He listened to the issues I had with my vehicle and carefully noted them for their technician to investigate.
Later that evening I got a call back when John explained the diagnosis, explained the reasons and provided the best path forward.
I didn't feel pressured at all and overall have been vey happy with the service I have received.

Great shop! Got an inspection and had 4 tires replaced. They found an issue with a faulty wheel that had been haunting me since I bought the car new. The car always felt like it was on a bumpy road even when it wasn’t. No one else could find the issue. Turns out it was a manufacturing defect with one of my wheels. Reggie is very attentive. He took care of me the through the whole process. I haven’t had much luck with mechanic shops in the past but this one is trustworthy. I didn’t feel like they were trying to nickel and dime me. Highly recommend this shop for any of your automotive needs.

I brought my recently acquired (3 months) Jeep Cherokee for a diagnostic check of the steering this afternoon. I was greeted by Zack at the front desk upon entering. After asking me a few questions and inputting information on my car, he offered me a choice to be driven back home in the courtesy shuttle or wait in the seating area. Since he estimated that the job would take approximately two hours, I chose to take the shuttle. When the car was ready for pick up, I received a call from the shuttle driver and was picked up at home. When I got there Zack explained the diagnostic Total Alignment & what it revealed. I learned that the tires (front & back) were completely misaligned!!! I am ecstatic that my car now runs smoothly and no longer veers to the left. Thank you for a job well done and excellent customer service. Caliber Auto Care will be my go to place for all my auto maintenance needs from now on!!! Highly recommended!!!!
