They are supportive and so humble to know. I always get asked how have I lost the weight and what's my secret well my secret is these two ladies Wendy and Cassie they laid out the game plan for me to follow with training and nutrition plans monthly and I'm putting in the work and I'm seeing the results! I definitely reccomend them to anyone looking to get serious about their health and fitness!
