  Sid is amazing! He pays attention to my concerns and helped me through them. I feel that he genuinely cares and is as excited about my success as I am. The results speak for themselves.   I have been to a large number of gyms and other fitness facilities over the years. I feel that the individualized instruction received from Sid at Intensity Fitness is superior to any prior trainer. He incorporates exercises into each session that both challenge me and also help me achieve specific goals. I have even learned some self defense techniques along the way! I highly recommend Intensity Fitness to anyone looking to improve their health, appearance, and confidence.

  Started training at Intensity Fitness about a year ago. I'd tried a couple of different traditional gyms with no success. Then I met coach Sid. WOW! He was the first personal trainer I've ever had that motivated me to commit to my health. Coach Sid has such an Amazing energy and vibe, it makes you give him your very best. I attribute my health to coach Sid inspiring me to stay accountable.
  
  As an added bonus I get to train in a top notch, super clean environment full of some of the latest equipment to help me achieve all my goals. Where coach Sid excels is his ability to keep your training fresh and new. Always keeping you guessing and tricking your body so you don't plateau. You'll Never get bored of the same ole, same ole when you train with Coach Sid. If you're ready to reach your fitness goals then don't walk, RUN to Intensity Fitness!!

  Sid is great. He listens to your concerns and adjusts the workouts so you see results. Whether you are going for personal training or group classes, the environment is welcoming and solely focused on improvement. Everyone in the group classes are friendly and supportive--showing up is not intimidating at all.

  I love the motivation from the instructor and the creative/challenging workouts. Sid's workouts have really kept me interested and motivated and the best part about them is that they've produced consistent results! He's also gives great advice on meal prep ideas and knows a LOT about the nutritional needs of the body and marrying that together with fitness to enhance greater results. I look forward to coming here everyday because the atmosphere is always supportive, the energy is high, and my body never gets tired and bored from repetitious workouts! #LoveIntensityFitness????
