  My son is enjoying here this summer with all the kid friendly workouts and the coaches are also very active and friendly

  I didn't start my CrossFit journey at GBAR3... but I got here as soon as I could.
  
  Mike and Tracy are passionate coaches and absolutely amazing people. The box is squeaky clean, the emphasis is on correct form over speed, and Mike and Tracy maintain a sheen of consummate professionalism that you just won't find at other boxes.
  
  The community at the box will make you feel welcome, like you've got a bunch of friends that have just been waiting for you to walk in the door!
  
  If you've never tried CrossFit before, are looking to come back, or you're a veteran lifter, GBAR3 is the best box in the Cypress area for all ages and capabilites!! Come find out what you're missing. :)

  Fitness has always been a part of my life. I love working out. After many years of running and lifting at traditional gyms, I hit the wall and needed a change. GBar3 is located across the street from my work, so I decided to give it a try. Loved it from the first time. Mike provided a lot of attention and instruction, it felt like a personal training session. That's what I love about this box...personal instruction regardless of your fitness levels. A year and half later, he still coaches me on technique. The community of GBar3 is awesome. Lots of encouragement and it truly is my favorite part of my day.

  I love this gym! Mike and Tracy are excellent coaches who provide a program where the wods are challenging and varied. They pay close attention to form and ensure that the athlete is moving forward--no matter what level the athlete starts at. I just completed a mobility assessment that gave me targeted areas for improvement, and they've also added a ton of new open gym hours which are perfect for skill development and extra strength work. Add to that a friendly environment and the fact that's it the cleanest box I've ever been in. I'm so glad I found G Bar 3 when I moved to Cypress!

  Very warm and welcoming box as soon as you walk in. I was really impressed with the coaching staff (Mike and Tracy) who focus on each individual to ensure they are following proper form help them throughout the workout.
  
  Unlike other "gyms", this has a real community feel to it. I've met some great people and strong relationships over the year I've been a member.
  
  If you want to change your life for the better, I'd suggest you stop in and try it, you won't regret it.
