  Large suite, friendly staff. The establishment was both clean inside and out! The view from the 13th floor on New Year's Eve was amazing! I will definitely be visiting again.

  Rosario, Gabino, Sebastian, and Carlos are awesome employees. They went above and beyond to give the best service. I manage a Hotel and have not seen such great Hospitality. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends because of them.

  Great staff. Dante was the Sunday morning breakfast ambassador of goodwill. He made us feel so welcome. He is the reason I'd go back to this hotel.
  Plus... the pancakes were wonderful. Eggs anyway you like them and good coffee. The hotel was super clean and the decor "in style."Every one there was really nice. When I return I will choose this hotel. I would give them 5 stars but the happy our was weak ...chips and salsa. Hopefully that was a glitch and not their normal fare. Loved this place.

  Our two nights stay was beautiful. Check in was smooth and easy. We had a little issue with the room, but they fixed it. It was our anniversary, I didn't tell them at check-in. They give special treatment for special occasions. The food was good and the hot and fresh breakfast was amazing!!! Made to order omlets ♥️ Mrs. Yolanda Johnson the front Manager was very nice and professional as we checked out. The staff was very nice as well. We'll be staying there again soon. Keep up the great work!!!

  My experience was nothing less than fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the great food. I was next door having my car serviced and I decided to walk next door to Embassy Suites to see if there was anything for lunch. Something along the lines of a snack bar or a sandwich stand. To my surprise there was! I was met in the dining area by a gentleman named Dante Hill. Who informed me that they had a Mexican buffet that day and gave me a rundown of the menu and the price. It was fantastic! The food was great the service was great and Dante checked on me several times to make sure I was completely satisfied and happy with the service and the food. I had no idea that Embassy Suites had lunch buffets but I do now. And I will definitely will be going back and telling all my friends about it. Great job Dante Hill and great job to the chef. It was great!!
