  Loved it! Everyone was friendly. It was beautiful. No one disturbed us. It was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again

  Awesome hotel. What makes it so wonderful is the staff, from the reservations personnel to the event planning personnel. They really make you feel like they want to help and make you as comfortable as possible. I had a small billing question that was taken care immediately. The New Year's Eve party is out of this world. The music, food, drinks, decorations, everything. And the buffet breakfast the next morning was terrific as well. We will book again for next year.

  Only adding 4 stars because of a mix up and long delay in rooms due to previous verified request for feather free rooms. Other than arrival, the rest was wonderful. Rooms clean, lobby nice, kids loved feeding the fish. The beds were hard but it was one night and we dealt with it. Would stay again.

  Came here for New Year's Eve party. The room is very clean and up to date. The package includes dinner , room, champagne in the room, and nice treat after the party, plus a breakfast brunch. Oh, almost forgot, four free drink coupons per person. The dinner was top notch, with Prime rib and lab chops, plus sushi. Big assortment or desserts, and salad bar, and a chocolate fountain for your fruits and marshmallow. Will come again next year, for sure. The music was awesome, and very danceable for all ages. I rarely give 5 stars to any place I visit, this place earned it 100%.

  I’ve always had a great experience at this hotel. Staff is very accommodating and hospitable. The greatest thing here is you can trust the staff. I left a $2000 drone in the closet when rushing to get to a meeting. I called and Daniel got right on it informing the staff. I almost had a heart attack while they were tracking it down, but they called me shortly after and I cannot thank then enough for the help. In addition, the rooms are very clean and priced very fairly. Spend an extra $30 and avoid bed bugs at other hotels. Also, the lobby is on point ????
