(May 28, 2023, 6:44 pm)My last visit to the doctor’s office was a post - surgery appointment. I was called timely after waiting for less than 5 minutes. The doctor asked me how I was doing while he was looking over my knee. He removed the surgery tape that was covering my knee, and focused on different recovery issues such as knee bending, anti- inflammatory suggestions, etc. It was a caring and calming experience. As a patient, I was looking forward to hearing his insights about my recovery and he was empathetic,, protective, and as always very professional.

He is professional, knowledgeable, confident and caring. He explains exactly how to proceed for optimum health. I highly recommend Dr Ihekweazu and his team!! Thank you for everything!!

(March 29, 2023, 4:15 pm)Update March 29, 2023: I have now had both my knees replaced and I have had an awesome experience. First one done on August 11, 2022 and second knee done on January 12, 2023.. Everything went perfectly. My physical therapy went very well also. I followed the Drs instructions and am recovering well. I am walking again without the bone on bone pain already which is so awesome. I am still healing my muscles on the inside which can take a while but I love that I am able to actually walk again. I am very pleased so far. Both legs are straight now also and my scars are straight and look pretty good. 🤗
I had my first visit with Dr Ugonna Ihekweazu yesterday. He was very thorough and took time to explain and answer any questions I had about my upcoming knee surgery. I am scheduled in a little over a month and would am all ready. I will update once I do have my surgery. -
