  Absolutely an AWESOME physician. Always takes time to get to know patients and understand your condition. I've been seeing Dr. Bullard now for about 13 or so years and will continue to see and recommend her.

  Dr. Arlean M. Bullard is the best doctor anyone could ever ask for. She is very serious when it comes to your health. Dr. Bullard offers recommendations to help you live a healthy life. If she suspects that more tests are needed for clarity, she does just that. She listens attentively to any concern regarding your health and relaxes your mind with her answers. She's very caring, cordial, polite, and always greets you with a radiant smile. My recommendation is very high. Thank you Dr. Bullard for all your efforts to help me stay healthy!
