(October 10, 2018, 4:47 pm)Be prepared to wait for a long time. But the wait is worth it. Dr. Allen always listens and discusses everything with me. I love that I can email the office with my concerns and schedule appointments online. One of her assistants is very kind and always makes me feel comfortable but the other one is the opposite. The front desk staff does get befuddled easily and has forgotten to check me in and left me sitting for an hour. Schedule appointments in the morning/early afternoon and you shouldn’t have a problem.

(June 12, 2018, 10:34 am)Dr. Allen is a wonderfully absent minded doctor. She always does her research before enetering the room to speak to you. She Currently has me down to three meds I was on eleven. She prescribes Suboxone and is pretty last Bernal when it comes to marijuana use on your drug tests but anything else shows up she’ll be pissed. Also if you need a doctor who will give multiple months refills on basic meds lyrica etc. she’s the doctor to go too.

(March 22, 2018, 10:49 pm)Yesterday, March 21st, 2018, I went to St. Luke's Medical Facility in Springwoods with severe back pain caused by incessant coughing. I went as a walk-in at 3:45 in the afternoon, hoping to see my family physician of 30 years, Dr. Amil Soliz, who by the way, is an amazing doctor, worth waiting to see. Unfortunately, Dr. Soliz's schedule was already on overload, so the staff asked if I would see Dr. Allen. I gladly agreed. Dr. Allen spent a good 45 minutes to 1 hour with me, listening to my concerns and addressing each of them. She checked me thoroughly. It was obvious to me that she had already read my medical history from the papers I had just filled out. I am very limited in what kinds of medications I can use due to other health issues. Dr. Allen checked every option out, both online and in a small medical reference manual she carried, until we all agreed on the two prescriptions that she wrote for me. Truly worth the five stars!
