  I love this place. Started a little over a week ago. It is my first time actually sticking to something, but more importantly looking forward to going each day. The people are wonderful and everyone fits in. ❤

  I have been a member since July 1, 2018. I was four months pregnant at the time, and determined to have a healthier pregnancy than my first. I’m now 8 months pregnant and still attending classes. The instructors have been great working with me, providing alternate workouts when I’m unable to complete the planned workouts.
  
  Delta Life Fitness is a great concept, I love the small center. The trainers are encouraging and know you by name, the members are friendly and come in all shapes and sizes. The center is always clean and the classes start on time. You are in and out, as the class itself is only 30 minutes. I truly enjoy going, the workouts are changed daily and I always feel like I got a good workout when I leave.
  
  The main reason I picked Delta Life Fitness was because of the childcare provided. The room sits right off the workout area and I can peak through the window at anytime to check on my son. The women who watch the kids are very patient with the kids. During the summer the childcare room does get very full and I did have a few concerns with the amount of kids in the room at once (it’s a small area) and the type of playing allowed. There are infants to probably 9 year olds. I did speak to the owner at the time and voice my concerns, he was easy to communicate with and took my concerns seriously. Since school has started back the amount of kids in the childcare area has decreased significantly.
  
  I plan on working out until my delivery date. Due to having a scheduled c-section I’ll be out of the gym for at least six weeks. I do wish they would give the option to pause memberships for no cost for those who have a medical condition, but instead I was told in order to keep my locked in pricing I could downgrade my membership and only pay $60 a month. Just seems like a lot of money for something I can’t use for a month or two. Also, would really like to see a discounted rate for those willing to sign a 6 month or year contract.

  I went to the open house and this gym is incredibly well equipped with equipment. Very smart concept being a women's only training facility. The trainers and owners are very friendly.

  Great place for a workout. Loved the environment, people, and culture!! It's a women's only gym with boot camp like circuit training with spa amenity feel.
