  This Kickboxing Studio is AMAZING! The fitness coaches are very friendly but hold you accountable and help you every step of the way to reach your goals! You will leave feeling good about your workout and laughing due to the amazing time you will have while working out!

  This place is amazing!!! The trainers are fun, energetic and knowledgeable!! Everyone is inviting and they take their time to help you be successful. I'm so happy I joined!

  First day...I pretty much suck but I’m going back hard. The instructor was so patient and so friendly from the first day I signed up. Thank you Amber! First class I will be better...the energy is so positive! Looking forward to feeling the burn!

  iLoveKickboxing Spring helped me change my life. I needed a workout that would push me to do my best. I love the fast pace of the classes and how they keep your heart going the entire time. The instructors are amazing and full of not only the physical health knowledge but the diet aspect as well. They help with everything from healthy eating habits to meal plans. Every day they give you tips and ideas on how to reach your personal goals.

  I have always wanted to try kickboxing! So when my friend told me about the kickboxing gym she goes too I just had to check it out! My first day I had some one on one time with one of the trainers and let me tell you I had never had a workout like that! I signed up on my first day, the atmosphere is just absolutely amazing! The trainers take the time to get to know you and they genuinely care about each member. Every time I go it just feels like a big family get together. The other members are amazing and so welcoming and supportive. It was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made!! It’s an amazing workout that has helped with my anxiety and confidence tremendously!!
