I highly recommend this BSW Rehab office. They are caring, always super polite, interested in their patients and highly effective. I enjoyed my sessions with Travis and Meralee. For me Rehab for my surgical shoulder repair meant I was going to work to improve range of motion and joint strength. I was guided and occasionally challenged to keep improving. If I ever need physical rehab again, I'll be going back.
I am seeing Robin for Kegel exercises and she is so sweet and very personable. She makes you feel so comfortable in an uncomfortable time. I am very happy to work with her.
Dr Bentura has.already showed me how to strengthen my body as well as reduced areas of pain by demonstrating and assigning stretching and strengthening moves to be completed daily. I have had pain for over 3 years due to side effects of stage 4 breast cancer treatments. In the first week, I have lessened my pain. It is the GREATEST feeling to prove to yourself that you can regain your strength and rebuild your muscle. I will tell my story and experience with every cancer patient i can.
Wow. 2 weeks in I knew I chose the right facility, as pain was subsiding and I could sleep again.
I chose Strickland from the 3 Kyle PTs because of th large windows and because Kelly Cole took the time to show me around and answer questions tho she had been on her way out. Kelly designed a program of stretches and movements that helped heal the critical and set me on the road to recovery from life-long bad posture, as long as I keep up with the homework. She kept it interesting and challenging, and explained why, so follow through should be as easy as the sessions were.
Everyone there is very nice and helpful. Other clients also spoke highly of their professionalism. The facility is well equipped for a wide variety of PT activities. I will go back should the need arise, and will recommend them to any and all.
I was told I had a spine of a 65 year old woman, I was in my early 30s. I had not been able to sit for almost two years. I had sciatica in my leg so badly I could only stand or lay down. I had to take driving breaks every few minutes, I would cry while I drove. It was excruciating!
I had tried pain clinics, acupuncture, massage therapists, nothing worked. I went to another pt clinic here in Kyle and only went once. They didn't listen to me, started treatment before they had even listened to everywhere I hurt.
I went to see Sarah North at Strickland PT in Kyle and never looked back. She listened and spent time with me and we worked! I did the work at home too and after a few months my entire world was changed!!! I could sit and squat and move without pain. Thanks to this clinic and Sarah my entire life changed. No drugs, no surgery.
That was 4 or 5 years ago and I'm still pain free and if I do get a twinge I use the skills she gave me and I am able to fix it.
I can't recommend Strickland and North enough, I tell everyone I know!!! If you are in pain... go here!!!
