Mariposa at South Broadway 55+ Apartment Homes

Called inquiring about an apartment from California Brittney was so helpful. She kept me informed about availability and the process. If you looking for a nice place to live and great management this is the place.

I just want to say thank you to Brittney at Mariposa for helping with the application process. She has been very responsive and answered all my questions. I have been searching for an apartment for a few months and managers would not return my calls. I look forward to making Mariposa South Broadway my new home.

These apartments have the best Manager and Maintenance people! If I turn in a maintenance request it is fixed the same day! I love living here! The people are very friendly and they keep this place extremely clean! Very impressed with the maintenance too! I give them a five star. They are spacious and very nice!

It was a long 7 month wait for the place to be built and me to get that phone call that my apartment was ready but it was well worth the wait ! I can not say enough for the entire staff during that time answering my emails and returning calls , they handled everything very professional and that has not changed since I moved in almost 3 months ago. The apartments themselves are Awesome, well finished, roomy , walk in showers, elevators and parking spots are wide and the optional garages are great. The pool is great with a ramp for a disabled person like myself. The kitchens are HUGE and the property is landscaped beautifully. A great place to meet people with planned activities everyday. I moved from North Dallas and find this area a very refreshing change from the rat race there. This place financially and mentally is a God send and more than I had hoped it would be !
