Let me start off by stating the you feel the positive vibe as you walk through them doors or just by telephone like you wish you would have came sooner.

My Journey: I originally hurt my back in Iraq creating two bulging discs. Through 7 years of Chiropractic care and physical therapy towards the end, bulging was gone. Thinking I was cured because I didn't hurt as much I stopped with my exercises and treatment. Now knowing this, I should've kept going for Maintenance (just like your car). Since I stopped worrying about my previous injury I slowly recognized I cannot be as active as I once was and Validated that by getting older. Man was I wrong. I've had to say no to being on sport teams, Hiking, and even just going to the gym because I know I will be hurting for a couple of weeks.

Early May I was invited by some friends to an informative dinner but had know clue the impact it already has had in a little over a month. The education that was presented resonated so well with me and others which just made sense.

I started with X-rays, and nerve tests. The doctors took time to show how to read the X-rays and comparison. This meant a lot to me because I am not blindsided and received proper explanation of what was going on. I have severe lower back degeneration, my curves in my neck are almost inexistence as well as my lower back. Dr. Elise and Team provided a corrective chiropractic care plan solely based on what your body needs. (we are all different). At that time, I knew I was in good hands with Vitality and Max Living. After a few weeks of treatment and disciplined with my appointments and home exercises a long with supplements that I am deficient in, my energy level, sleep, mood, motivation, relationships and overall ATTITUDE has increased extremely. I don't have to overthink an activity whether its smart for me to participate or not because of the hurt and soreness. I still know my body and limits, but each day is a day closer to becoming Limitless.
