  Ellery Arbor is a beautiful community, the openness of Main Street and the three neighborhoods give Ellery the perfect balance of a big & small community feel.
  The location is great, close to a few restaurants & stores but still in a hidden area with privacy & good parking space.
  There is quite a few associates who have been employed at this community for over 5 years which is great, taking in consideration this is not common in this field. Our culinary department has great food, families & associates are able to purchase meal tickets for a reasonable price. Our residents daily snacks & meals are seem very healthy and well balanced. The scratch kitchen method is not something every community offers.
  In the lifestyles department we offer a variety of activities, something for everyone. Crafts, movie & popcorn in our theatre, exercise, dominoes, art, brain games, socials etc. Now that the weather is warming up we are looking forward to baseball games, picnics & trips to the botanical gardens. Our residents also enjoy going out to eat & enjoy shakes at Braums. We often have family nights/days a great time to have all of our families & residents gathered on Main Street enjoying music & great food.
  As an associate in my opinion the benefits are good, but I am comparing this to what I’ve had in the past. I do enjoy working at Ellery. I know there is room for improvement & as a team we are working on improving not only our community but ourselves to better serve our residents & families.

  This is a fabulous facility designed for those with memory loss. The entire staff is very caring, professional and they truly believe in providing quality care for each resident. I would highly recommend placing a loved one at Ellery Arbor.

  My husband has been here for 3 1/2 months and is doing well. He’s eating much better and has actually gained weight. The staff is so good at trying to get to know him and tailor his care just for him. It’s pleasant to come here everyday and visit him. It’s just like a family home!!!!

  Braelyn thank you for answering all my questions, you are knowledgeable and I could sense that smile through the phone. I immediately received a call back from your Director Mrs Heron and I agree with all the positive feedback on your reviews. I am not one to write reviews but I would recommend Ellery Arbor to anyone looking for a homelike setting for their loved ones, I am truly impressed. Thank you Mrs Heron for your patience you have exhibited that you and your staff are passionate about your job ?

  Placing a loved one in a place of care is the hardest decision any caring family member can make. After calling numerous places, I was very impressed with the polite positive reception from the concierge to the prompt response ED Mrs Hyde Heron, they were all knowledgeable, patient and just their approach via the telephone was enough to visit and place my family member in their care. My siblings and I will be visiting soon for a tour and will follow up with a feed back.
