Office personnel was very professional & friendly. I did not have to wait long. Dr Strickland was personable, professional & thorough. Very happy with this office!

My first appointment with Dr. Strickland was yesterday. I had to call because I was unable to find the office...even with GPS. Apparently they are in a brand new office...like only been there a week. I was so stressed that the GPS problem was going to make me late for my first appointment. Upon calling the office, the most kind lady gave great directions and led me right to the office. I'd already filled out all paperwork online so once there I waited no more than a few minutes before my name was called. I wish I could remember the lady at the front desk and Dr. Strickland's assistant. They were both so calming and competent. I'm allergic to latex and as soon as she realized there was latex gloves in the room, she removed them and went to wash her hands. When Dr. Strickland came in and got a look at my issue she was able to inform me of what she did know, without assuming too much. In a world where many doctors have looked to me to tell them what I need...Dr. Strickland was able to tell me a game plan that made sense and assured me that she would be following up with me next week when she is able to look at some diagnostic tests. That's where I am now. Everyone at Northstar Dermatology treated me with the utmost care and respect.

Dr Strickland and her Medical Assistant were amazing. They were friendly and professional and listened to my concerns. I had a number of dermatology offices to pick from, and I'm very happy with my choice. As an extra note, every employee I encountered at this practice were very friendly and helpful.

ABSOLUTELY the BEST medical facility I have been to in years. Why? you ask... from Sabrina to Dr. Strickland they LISTEN. If you are on the fence, get off (safely) and get on the phone and set an appointment ASAP! Dr. Strickland cares and she does her absolute BEST to take care of her patients. Hands down my dermatologist for LIFE!

Dr. Strickland and her medical assistant were amazing! She was on time and very professional. She saw my son and my wife for various issues and took the time to discuss each question and concern we had. She gave great advice and helped us develop a plan of treatment. She was very thorough and her bedside manner was amazing. My son who is 5 and a half wasn’t even nervous. We will definitely be making her our Dr. for dermatological needs! Highly recommend her!
