(July 7, 2023, 4:35 pm)I found OTHOLI online on 7/5/23 after receiving a wedding gift (a cutting board), that I ordered as a wedding gift and the Bride's name was mispelled.
I was so nervous and shaken because the mistake was mine. The wedding is 7/8/23 in Broken Arrow, OK. OMG!
After hysterically searching for Things Remembered or any engraving company, I came across OTHOLI.
It was about 5 pm (not sure), but I called, Charles answered, and I jokingly explained my problem. He listened, but I don't think he knew how hysterical I was. He said he felt that he could correct my error. After learning that he was local (really local :) ), my husband took the cutting board over. Charles contacted me the next morning, informing me that he'd finished the job the same night that he received it which was on the 5th of July. He even sent me a picture of the board. It was fantastic! I was so happy and impressed with how he corrected my error and how quickly he did it. He's good, really good. I will definitely contact him again, and will tell all my friends about him. Fantastic! He saved me. Here's the cutting board. :)))). -
