I have been lifting for many years. I needed to make my workouts more challenging and engaging. Justin is the perfect choice! He is very knowledgeable and made lifting weights challenging and fun again. His expertise on form and building variation into every workout has been fantastic. A knowledgeable & fun trainer, a great facility and very clean!

This gym is fantastic. It is not your typical big box gym, it is small and feels very private and is very very clean. I enjoy working out here because I do not feel intimidated or judged. Justin is an amazing trainer because this isn’t just a job for him, it is his passion. He loves helping people get into shape and it shows. He is very knowledgeable and customizes the exercises to fit my abilities and goals. Our workouts never get mundane or bland because we’re not doing the same thing over and over again - we’re always switching it up and it keeps things challenging and interesting. I used to dread going to the gym, but now I love it and look forward to it (even on leg day). It is worth your time to check it out.
