My mother-in-law has several health issues that have had her seeing a variety of doctors with less than satisfactory results. My wife took her to see Dr. Haefeli yesterday and both she and her Mom commented that they had never had a better, more caring doctors appointment ever. Dr. Haefeli spent a great amount of time interviewing, listening and diagnosing my mother-in-law and actually succeeded in making her feel as if she was treated as a real person instead of a set of numbers in a chart.
