Evans Vacuum

Went there in search for a good quality vacuum. The sales lady there was extremely helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable about her products and machinery. The store was super clean, smelled very nice and I felt welcomed the moment I walked in the door. I would definitely recommend that store for anybody who's in search of a good vacuum.... And a 1 service. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Outstanding Customer Service!!! I expected to drop off my vacuum to get repaired and leave, but Josephine and her husband fixed it on the spot. Amazingly, the repair costed less than I expected. Then Josephine's husband carried my vaccum out to my car. I will definitely take my vacuum to Evan's again, and buy a replacement whenever the time. Take your vacuum to get repaired or buy one from Evan's. You won't be disappointed.

This was the first time I had visited the store. I was very impressed how welcomed and comfortable I felt. I had called to see if they would look at my vacuum cleaner, which was clogged and not running properly. Josie Tijerina, Assistant Manager, answered and from the get go I felt welcomed. Her energy and willingness to help was SO appreciated. She looked at the vacuum cleaner and with her assistant were able to clear it with no delays. She also suggested I change the filter, which see immediately obtain at her inventory. My machine is running beautifully. She also showed me the Riccar Series. Thank you Josie!!

Steve was knowledgeable about all of his products. He answered our questions and anticipated some we didn't know we had. He helped multiple customers and answered the phone during the time he was servicing our request to demonstrate comparable models without making us or the others feel neglected.
