  Todd and his staff run the best insurance office in all of Texas! Todd took over the office from another great agent, Bill Edmiston, and hasn't missed a beat. We've been customers of this office for over 30 years and wouldn't consider using anybody else.

  When I transferred my account to Todd's office, I was VERY frustrated with State Farm. Todd had excellent reviews online, so I thought I would give him a chance before moving to a different insurance company. The good news is that Todd exceeded my expectations, helping to resolve a thorny issue I had with State Farm for over one year. If anyone in the Austin area is looking at State Farm insurance, I highly recommend Todd Hargrove as he, in my experience, takes great care of his customers.

  Todd and his amazing team have continually been there for me throughout the years. From my experience I can say whole heartedly that Todd and his team really do care about their customers. I've continued to receive great customer service from Him And his staff and I'm always greeted warmly by them whenever I come by the office. They've also been a great help to all my friends that I have referred. I highly recommend Todd Hargrove and his team for any of your insurance needs.

  Todd is awesome to work with! When my wife and I got married, he made the process of getting life, car, and renters insurance incredibly easy, explaining how each works and what would best suit our needs. Figuring out insurance for the first time can be a bit daunting, but Todd made it very simple to understand. I can honestly say that his goal is to get you the best coverage for the best price. He truly values and treats his customers like they're friends and family. And every time I call in with a question, his staff is incredibly friendly and helpful to get me the information I need.
