  When I called Cheri, it was my first time shopping for insurance. Some highlights about my experience was the fact that she was willing to sit down with me and listen to what I was looking for in terms of coverage. Another thing to consider is that communication is very easy. I would have to say that if you value the quality and ease of communicating with your agent, this is a good agency to go with. For me, this insurance was not the cheapest option that I had found. However, the cheapest companies had issues with answering the phone and getting back to me quickly. I had called a lot of companies when shopping around and personally, I value someone who is responsive. I set up email, text and phone calls with Cheri which was great because if you are a busy person, you might find yourself playing phone tag with whoever you are trying to call. If you are shopping for insurance I think that it is worth it to at least give them a call or send them an email.

  I do not know how we would navigate the confusing world of insurance these days without Jesse and Cheri and The Walls Insurance Agency. So much of what we do is complicated to say the least and they are right on top of it and doing there best to keep us compliant and save us money where possible. These guys are the best, by far, I have ever worked with at any of the companies I've worked for. My plumber and my Husband and I also elected to use them for our personal insurance due to the wonderful service received on the commercial side!!

  We have used the Walls Insurance Agency for many a year. Their service has been nothing short of outstanding. Jesse and Cheri understand our needs and care about getting us the best possible coverage at the best possible cost. There is no way I would ever switch to another insurance agency.
