I get my vehicle inspection done once a year and recently I needed a new battery. Auto spec is very professional and always get me in quickly and my car is ready by the end of my work day. I appreciate their customer service and kindness and will always recommend this company.

I have used this business several times and always experience an honest assessment with no up selling with more than fair pricing with a quick turn around. Jose was awesome most recently with a charging system issue. Appreciate his communication and customer focused service.

Came in for an oil change and emissions inspection. There was a glitch with scheduling and even though I was also scheduled for an oils change and 30 point inspection, only the emissions test was performed. When I realized this part was not completed I called and was worked in the next day to complete. because of the glitch they did not charge me for the additional services. Thank you auto spec, for being humans and so gracious. This is a company that truly cares about their customers and their work.

They are very efficient & honest. I was quoted $417. When I picked it up it was only $325. I really appreciate them passing on the savings to me. I will continue to use them. I will tell everyone I know what an efficient, honest & caring auto repair shop you are. Thank you Jose for taking care of me.
