We had a water leak issue and propane issue and Rick was able to quickly fix it. I was not very knowledgeable on a lot of things seeing that i am a first time RV owner. Rick explained everything very thoroughly and detailed in a very respectful manner. Professional and quick! Thank you Rick!
Rick is professional, honest, and very knowledgeable about the intricacies of travel trailers. He diagnosed and replaced the water heater and the microwave. His work standards are thorough; He checked for leaks and hot water production. Rick takes extended warranties. If a problem arises with the camper, I will request Rick again.
Rick checked all the propane connections and looked at my converter/fuse box, gave me some information about them. He's very friendly and easy to talk to. Smart man and of course he is differently eye candy......I would highly recommend him , a 10 stars rating, when I want my second solar panel installed I would definitely call him. Rick's RV Repair came highly recommended by the RV park we are staying at. With the heat we decided to have both of the air conditioners serviced. Rick was prompt and showed up on time, quickly serviced both AC units and also gave me some great information about our camper.
