    Such a sweet blessing attending the Yoga Sculpt class this morning. Nothing but positive encouragement from Tambra during the class. Can’t wait to return next week. Every person in attendance was so welcoming.

    Tambra is a goddess and a genius. So much love and light flows from her you feel healed by the time the class is done. I have been periodically attending classes and my body gets visibly stronger after her every single one of the classes. No judgements, no mirrors, it’s all about being kind to yourself and your journey with your body. If you are a new yogi or a yoga guru. 500lbs or 75lbs, you have a home here. It’s incredible
